Bio: Who am I? My name is Lauren Victoria Wain and I consider myself to be a fun quirky individual who balances love of the dance floor alongside my serious studies. Currently, I study the Ba (Hons) Advertising and Brand Management degree in Manchester, UK. My interest is mainly in recent advertising campaigns and how brands values are reflected throughout them. I love to analyse (criticise) whether or not I feel they have been successful against their aims and objectives. Particularly I am interested in Social Media and how powerful it is as marketing tool and plan on enforcing this message throughout my career. How do I procrastinate? I am a lover of all good food with the main candidate being PIZZA. However, being an M&S Food employee, I am partial to fancy food now and then. My main passion would be recording my life in picture form either using my iPhone or DSLR. Mainly focusing on natural photography, I enjoy capturing people in their surroundings whilst being "blissfully unaware" as there is something beautiful about that right? The main victim of this would be my Chocolate Labrador, Harvey who is always at the end of the camera posing in stupid hats. So if he pops up in the blog, I do apologise, It's ok to be silly sometimes isn't it? I am also excited by new technology especially if it can add to my apple family. This blog will display my own views on recent ad campaigns and public relations. I also intend on tracking my progress throughout my degree with the odd snippet from hobbies and life events thrown in too.
